Commercial Solutions

Commercial Solutions

Our radiant heating solutions are ideal for commercial, institutional, and large-sized structures that consume an enormous amount of energy and the costs that come with it. StableHeat features a thin (3/64″), 9- or 12-inch wide flexible polymer heating element, producing a higher heat output than our residential product. It can be installed in concrete and under most floor coverings.

Warming

Low-voltage, self-regulating heat for consistent climate management

De-Icing

Keep your operations running and your team safe from unnecessary icing conditions

Freeze-Prevention

Easily insulate and wrap critical infrastructure to avoid unexpected freezing conditions

When it comes to business, climate matters!

The evidence is conclusive (from more than 30 studies): when it comes to physical spaces a consistently comfortable temperature is one of the most important aspects of the customer and employee experience. While people may not explicitly mention temperature when it’s comfortable, they notice it immediately when it’s not.

Worker comfort radiant heating

Large or complicated structures are no problem

Factories & Warehouses

StableHeat is ideal for large, open spaces where forced air systems waste enormous energy heating those empty spaces.

Offices & Businesses

Keep your team from arguing over the thermostat with our comfortable, consistent, self-regulated climate management

Retail Services

Ideal for restaurants, spas, and other retailers that desire a consistent, pleasant temperature for staff and customers

What the Research Tells Us

70-72°

Ideal temperature for maximum productivity (21–22°C) with a gradual drop in productivity as temperatures cooled or warmed

63%

Occupants who reported being satisfied or very satisfied with radiant temperatures compared to 45% in forced-air structures

#1

Rated reason for customers staying – or leaving early – when internal temperatures were uncomfortably warm or cold

Snowy Roof De-icing

Keeping Operations Running

De-Icing & Freeze Prevention

Operations and equipment traditionally slowed or halted due to cold weather and icing can easily remain operational thanks to StableHeat’s ultra-flexible, thin construction. StableHeat filaments can be wrapped around pipes, valves, tanks and other vulnerable equipment; applied to roofs, ramps, and railings; thereby eliminating dangerous conditions and keeping your operations running smoothly.

Chemical and Gas Plants

Safety First

Volatile operations are supported with our Intrinsically Safe (IS) Heat Trace system, which consists of durable, thin, flexible heating elements operating at extra-low voltage (15.3VDC). Combined in a single sealed enclosure, the Trade Heat system is comprised of polymeric materials with up to three individual elements each powered by one of the three circuits in the IS controller. The controller is located in a non-hazardous area and consists of the power supply, 120V-250V AC, a thermostat, control system, and IS barriers.

Cleaner Air

Healthy

Studies show that radiant heat is healthier than traditional forced-air systems because they reduce the resuspension of settled particles (dust, allergens, etc.) that settle in ductwork and on indoor surfaces. Furthermore, poorly maintained forced-air systems contribute to airborne particles. Equally important, radiant heating provides a higher level of thermal comfort because its heat is found in floors, walls, etc., rather that accumulating at ceiling level.
